Who we are

Instant Lead Alerts (“ILA,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Air Wing Web Design & SEO. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and SMS lead and communication alert service.

Information we collect

• Account information: email address, name of your business or agency, site names, and authentication data via our auth provider (Supabase).
• Alert phone numbers: mobile numbers you provide so we can send SMS lead alerts.
• Lead data: information submitted through connected forms and webhooks (for example name, phone, email, message, address, and related fields), plus technical signals used for spam scoring (such as IP address, user agent, and timing metadata when available).
• Usage and service logs: records needed to operate, secure, and improve the service (for example delivery status and error logs).

How we use information

• Deliver SMS alerts and optional digest messages about new leads.
• Score leads for spam risk and improve that scoring with your feedback (for example marking spam).
• Provide alert history and account settings in the dashboard.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Instant Lead Alerts.
• Communicate about the service, billing, and support.
• Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.

SMS / text messages

If you provide a phone number for alerts, you consent to receive automated text messages from Instant Lead Alerts related to new leads and service notices (for example a setup test alert). Message frequency varies with lead volume. Message and data rates may apply.

You can stop alerts for a number by removing it in Settings or by contacting us at adam@airwingwebworks.com. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where supported by the carrier pathway; after opting out you may receive a confirmation message.

Service providers

We use processors to run the service, including hosting, database, authentication, and SMS delivery (for example Twilio). They process data only to provide services to us, under appropriate agreements. Lead data may be transmitted to those processors to deliver alerts and operate the product.

Retention

We retain account, lead, and related records for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of account data by contacting us; some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (for example billing history).

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Instant Lead Alerts is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
